Chase, BP Renew Credit Card Agreement
WILMINGTON, DEL. – Jan. 18, 2006 – Chase Bank U.S.A., NA, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. [NYSE: JPM] and BP [NYSE: BP] today announced the renewal of their credit card marketing relationship. Under the terms of the new agreement, Chase will continue to issue the BP co-brand card and will assume responsibility for the BP proprietary card.
